We’re hiring for the position of Territory Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for marketing and sales of our wide spectrum of crops, building relationships with key players in the grain industry as well as our dynamic South African farmers and work in close partnership with leading companies in the industry
You Will Be Part of our Growing Team

Your Challenge:
You must be able to work independently and be highly motivated
You must have exceptional communication skills and people knowledge
You must be disciplined and have a drive to reach targets under challenging conditions
You must have a good knowledge of Agriculture and cultivation of cash crops
You must be a team player
Key Stakeholders and Interactions :
You will mostly be working with our clients daily but will also work closely with partners in Agriculture like financial institutions, co-operations and from time-to-time our government officials

Reitz/Petrus Steyn/ Arlington/ Eastern Free – State South Africa
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
A diploma/degree in Agriculture or marketing
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing and sales or Agriculture related business
A valid South African driver’s license
To read, write and speak English and Afrikaans fluently
To be computer literate
To have good communication skills.
To physically work on fields when trials are planted, evaluated, or harvested
