Purpose of the Position:
â–ªTo drive sales performance within a defined territory through hands-on sales execution, partner engagement, and retail excellence.
â–ªTo ensure consistent in-market presence, optimising all sales touchpoints to increase electrified household penetration, expand points of sale, and improve outlet productivity.
â–ªTo act as the primary commercial representative on the ground, strengthening relationships with dealers, agents, and partners while ensuring brand visibility and operational excellence.
Key Performance ObjectivesTasks
Sales Execution & Territory Performance
â–ªOwn and implement regional sales plans within the territory
â–ªDrive sell-out across all local touchpoints (retailers, agents, partners)
â–ªAnalyse and report daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective action
â–ªIdentify and act on local sales opportunities
Electrified Household Penetration Growth
â–ªIdentify high-potential communities and drive penetration init
iativesâ–ªDrive awareness and education at community and outle
t levelâ–ªTrack and report penetration progress within the territory
Point-of-Sale Expansion & Productivity
â–ªIdentify and onboard new points of sale within the territory, within specified guidelines
â–ªIncrease productivity of existing outlets through regular visits and support
â–ªEnsure outlets are commercially viable and active
â–ªTrack and improve sales per outlet
Trade Marketing & In-Market Execution
â–ªExecute trade marketing campaigns and promotions atstore level
â–ªEnsure correct use of POS materials and merchandising standards
â–ªConduct regular store audits and compliance checks
â–ªSupport local activations and promotional events
Partner & Dealer Management
â–ªManage relationships with mega dealers, agents, and sales partners
â–ªSupport partners in expanding their own POS footprint
â–ªProvide basic training and sales support to partners
â–ªResolve partner issues and remove barriers to sales
Operational Execution & Stock Visibility
â–ªMonitor stock levels at outlets and flag shortages’
â–ªEnsure availability of stock across the territory
â–ªSupport logistics coordinationwhere required
â–ªEnsure adherence to sales processes and standards
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
â–ªGather competitor, pricing, and customer insights
â–ªProvide structured feedback to Regional Managers
â–ªHighlight risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
â–ªReort on campaign and product performance in the field
â–ªSales forecastingfor the territory
â–ªIdentification of revenue risk and mitigation actions
â–ªRecommendation of local growth initiatives to
Regional Managerial Field Team Leadership

â–ªCoach and support field teams to improve
sales effectiveness
â–ªManage performance issues through vendor engagement and escalation
â–ªEnsure outsourced teams represent the brand professionally and consistently
Qualifications
â–ªDegree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
â–ªPostgraduate degree would be advantageous
