Full Job Description
Main tasks:
Managing retail sales, offline and online.
Setting up a system for monitoring key store performance indicators.
Achieving financial targets across the entire retail network and at each specific Collection Point.
Planning and organising events to develop retail outlets and working with merchandising. Developing sales plans and KPIs for employees.
Implementing a performance tracking system.
Monitoring the Loss Prevention and Product Recalculation System in stores Setting up a recruitment system, creating a talent pool — independently or with the help of the HR department.
Personnel management: development, mentoring, coaching, proposing incentive programmes.
Monitoring compliance with service standards and legal regulations.
Monitoring the creation of a high-quality schedule at all Collection Points Preparing analytical reports for top managers or the CEO. Using several types of statistics, verifying data.
Establishing effective communication with other departments — finance, purchasing, supply, warehouse.
Working with the system of acceptance, sale and return of goods. Stimulating sales by implementing various approaches to increase sales.
