Temporary Maintenance Porter Jobs in Portland, OR at Central Bethany Development
Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Maintenance Porter to join our Facilities team on a temporary basis through November 2026.
The successful candidate will assist with the grounds of Bethany Village and perform occasional light maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning to ensure all village areas appear professional and well-maintained at all times. Prior similar work experience is preferred but not required.
Position Type: Temporary (through November 2026)
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $21.00- $21.50
Shift: Full Time
Driver’s License Required.
Main Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the maintenance team when requested

Maintain trash receptacles located throughout the property

Pick up loose mail, trash, and debris, and dispose of it appropriately

Clean windows and perform other general cleaning tasks

Pressure wash sidewalks and perform occasional light outdoor painting

Water plants

Support the Facilities team and perform other duties as assigned
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
