Job Summary:
TheTelesales Representativewill be responsible fordriving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and growing the client basethrough proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate is atarget-driven individualwith excellentcommunication skillsand a passion for the food and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers topromote and sell food products.
Build and maintainstrong customer relationshipsby understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Identify and pursuenew sales opportunitieswithin the hospitality and catering industry.
Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve and exceedweekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintainaccurate recordsof customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
Work closely with thesales and procurement teamsto ensure product availability andcustomer satisfaction.
Stay updated onmarket trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service, preferably in the food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
Strongnegotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Excellentverbal and writtencommunicationskillsin English.
Ability tohandle objections and close salesconfidently.
A self-motivated andtarget-driven mindset.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in afast-paced, high-pressure environment.
