Job Description
Planning of monthly, weekly, and daily activities and organizing a daily diary
Ensure that all Branch trading targets are achieved and exceeded
Make no less than 50 (fifty) sales telephone calls daily.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Be knowledgeable on the needs of the chosen market and offer relevant products
Maintain you customer data on CRM.
Qualification & Skills
Grade 12
+2 years’ experience in Sales
Sound product knowledge
Telemarketing certificate or equivalent
Excellent negotiations skills
Telephone and face-to-face selling skills
Computer literate – Knowledge of CRM system
