Job Responsibilities:
Establish contact with potential customers via phone, promote and sell products.
Understand customer needs, provide relevant products and solutions, and address customer inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure sales opportunities are converted.
Maintain existing customer relationships, promote repeat purchases, and foster long-term cooperation.
Meet daily call quotas and sales targets, and regularly report on progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Collect market information and promptly provide feedback on market trends and customer demands.
Job Requirements:
A university degree or higher, with prior experience in telesales or a related industry preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to establish effective contact with customers via phone.
Proactive, with a strong sales and service-oriented mindset.
Able to work under pressure and possess resilience to setbacks.
Familiarity with ICT products and industry trends is a plus.
Strong team player, capable of working with the team to achieve sales targets.
Proficient in office software and have a solid understanding of customer management.
Prior experience in telesales or working in the ICT industry is preferred.
