What You’ll Be Doing:
Making high volume quality outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers across the UK
Promoting our medical staffing services and identifying immediate or upcoming staffing requirements
Building strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
Handling objections professionally and converting leads into active clients
Meeting and exceeding daily call volumes and conversion targets
What We’re Looking For:
Clear, neutral, and professional spoken English – must be well-spoken and easy to understand for UK clients
Previous telesales or outbound calling experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and stays motivated through rejection
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a persistent, goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for the majority of the day
