Remote Telesales Representative
A UK-based client is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Representative to join theirdynamicteam remotely. This role focuses on engaging hot to warm leads sourced from trusted platforms, using outbound calls and persuasivecommunicationto convert these leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage purchased leads, initiating contact with potential clients through a scripted sales pitch.
Conduct follow-up calls according to the lead process and communicate with clients via phone and email.
Close sales, meet individualsales targets, and use CRM and booking systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline work processes.
Provide clear, thorough information to help clients make informed decisions.
Requirements for the Remote Role:
Candidates must have their own laptop (Min 8GB Ram, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11 and 250GB SSD or higher), fast reliable internet connection and backups for power outages to work independently. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and resilient, with a strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook throughout the sales process. Previous remote experience as well as cleaning agency experience is essential.

Position Details:
Working Hours:
13:30 – 22:00, Monday – Friday
Weekend Shift: One shift (09:30 – 18:00) every 6-8 weeks, with extra pay and time off.
Festive Coverage:
Required, with additional compensation.
Salary:
On Target Earnings (OTE) over R13,000, made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.
Holiday: 40 paid days per year.
Fully Remote:
Personal laptop required.
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of proven telesales experience.
Excellent interpersonal andproblem-solving skills.
Strongcommunicationabilities, with exceptional English pronunciation.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage rejection and stress effectively.
Proven success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and manage complaints.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
