Job Brief
The Telesales Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students to the university application process full stop they engage in outbound calls to inform and educate potential students about UACB services, addressing any questions or concerns by building rapport and understanding individual needs, they assist students in making informed decisions about their educational path. The Telesales Advisor also tracks interactions in our UACB CRM system and work towards achieving sales targets, all while contributing to UACB’s mission of facilitating access to higher education full stop.
What does a Telesales Advisor do?
The Telesales Adviser will manage the daily functions of UACB Birmingham Office, responsible for enrolling students by connecting with them through proactive outreach and informative discussions. They guide prospective students to the entire application process, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and requirements. Additionally, the Tele sales advisor provides insights into the best student finance options, helping students navigate funding opportunities that may be available to them. By offering personalised support and addressing any concerns, the Tele sales advisor not only facilitates a smooth enrolment experience but also empowers students to make confident decisions about their educational journey.
Responsibilities
General Telesales Advisor duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about university and available courses.
Assist students in navigating the university application process, ensure they understand requirements, deadlines, unnecessary documentation.
Offer guidance on student finance options, helping students explore grants and other funding sources to support their education.
Maintain accurate records of student interaction and follow-ups in the UACB CRM system to track progress and ensure effective communication.
Achieve sales targets by converting enquiries into successful enrolments, contributing to the overall growth and success of UACB.
