You’ll be employed by Potentiam and working as part of a dedicated team supporting one of our international clients.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be calling members of the public and businesses to gather opinions on a wide range of topics – from current affairs to industry trends.
(No selling. No cold pitching. Just meaningful conversations.)
- Conduct engaging, structured telephone interviews
- Follow survey scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Capture responses accurately in real-time
- Build rapport quickly and encourage participation
- Work towards daily/weekly targets in a supportive team environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in conducting telephonic interviews
- Strong reliability and commitment (this is key)
- Comfortable using a computer and typing while talking
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people
