About Us
Codeo Solutions Limited is a UK based forward-thinking technology company specialising in immersive 3D and augmented reality solutions. We’re seeking a Remote Telemarketing Representative to focus on lead generation for two of our core products. This role involves arranging demo meetings for potential clients, although you will not be running the demos or handling long-term customer relationships. We offer a base wage plus bonus payments for each arranged meeting and for closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and online prospecting.
Demo Scheduling: Arrange demo meetings for interested leads with the relevant internal team.
Follow-Up Calls: Reconnect with potential clients who have shown interest, ensuring they’re prepared for next steps.
Weekly KPI Reports: Track call volumes, meetings booked, and other essential metrics.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 Year in Telemarketing: Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or similar phone-based roles.
Clear English Accent: Strong verbal communication skills crucial for success in a phone-based role.
Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using MS Office (including Teams) and CRM platform for managing calls and lead data.
Organisation & Detail Orientation: Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously, schedule meetings, and accurately report progress.
Self-Management: Strong time-management skills and discipline, essential for remote work.
Contract & Compensation
Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Base Wage: R15.500 – R25.000 (depending on experience)
Bonus Structure: Earn additional payments for successful demo meetings arranged and for closed deals.
Work Hours: Aligned with UK/EU business hours; availability during these hours is a requirement.
