Recent 12-month Outbound Telesales Experience.
KPAs:
Deliver professional, compliant and high-quality customer service to all key customers and stakeholder groups.
Process applications effectively and efficiently.
Enable a strict compliance to schedules.
All leads offered must accurately be accounted for using dialer qualification codes.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and advances targets.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
