Position: Telemarketer / Outbound Call Centre Agent (PE003448)
Our client, based in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East; is currently looking to employ an experienced Telemarketer / Outbound Call Centre Agent.
At least 3 years’ experience in cold calling or a telesales role secures.
Salary R10,000.00 CTCplus commission.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Motivation:
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner.
Pressure Handling:
Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively.
Time Management:
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Outbound Calls:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively.
Customer Interaction:
Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Sales Target:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.
Follow-up:
Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales.
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
