Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist (Yeastar) based in Milnerton. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems and equipment. Additional duties include providing technical support to clients, ensuring system functionality, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to address technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications technologies
- Thorough experience with Yeastar PBX’s
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work on-site and maintain high attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications systems and equipment are advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing telephony and technical support, and managing network infrastructures. The candidate will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure reliable VoIP services.

Basic (R20 – R45k) experience dependent
