Job Title: Installation Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and/or repairs of Mining units
Ensure optimal number of fitments per day
Correct usage and updates on MoBitech device
Effective resolution of technical and client queries and escalate as required
Providing relevant feedback and resolutions to all relevant parties in specified timelines
Deliver professional interaction at all times and adhere to relevant SOP, SLA’s
Comply to SOP, SLA’s, Policies and Procedures at all times
Adhere to specific installation/repair TIG (technical installation guide) and product TIGs
Meet relevant quality standards at all times
Qualifications:
Matric/NQFL4 in Electrical Engineering/Auto Electrical Engineering
Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of motor vehicle electric/electronic and alarm/immobilizer systems
Installation of Fleet Management units
Repair of SVR and Fleet Management products
Proven Customer Service track record
Good administration skills for correct Job Card completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organizing ability
Attention to detail
Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
High levels of integrity
Ability to work under pressure
Computer Literate
Auto electrical skills
Education: National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
