Job Purpose TCM’s Services division strives to achieve service excellence through the provision of exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency. The support services from the division encompasses the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of infrastructure. This is carried out on an outsourced, project or managed services basis or as per the SLA. The role of the technician is to fulfil on the company’s service delivery obligations across TCM, customer and / or partner sites. Key Responsibility Areas
Daily Duties
Ability to repair and work on ATM’s, printers, desktops, servers and mobile computing.
Strive for Fix First time Policy to avoid call backs.
Maintain SLA’s, escalate when not able to resolve issue or meet SLA.
Maintain accurate records on the company systems.
Return spares or relevant equipment promptly.
Maintaining any equipment including tablets and tool bag at highest levels.
Always maintain general professionalism and positive attitude.
Ensure customer satisfaction

Take personal responsibility to ensure you are certified with DELL, HP and Lenovo OEM training.

Other Requirements
Working of standby and overtime is required.
Traveling (between TCM offices and clients);
Stock taking, required to be available on weekends when needed;
Working reliable transport/vehicle and valid drivers license
Attending to calls at several client’s sites as and when is required;
Attention to detail.
Good diagnostic skills.
Must have own reliable transport.
Based at customer due to business requirement.

Technical support (equivalent to A+ and N+)
