Hikvision South Africa (Pty) Ltd. in Johannesburg is now looking for a Technical Trainer. A Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees or clients, ensuring effective learning outcomes and organizational performance.

Job requirement:
- Accept and reach the training target from department
- Deliver training courses including certificate/ non-certificate training, product training, operation training and other training requirement from department, etc.
- Training Management including venue, trainers, training evaluation arrangement and feedback.
- eLearning South Africa platform operating and maintenance.
- Training material output and localization according to requirement.
- Training consultant from clients and department including emails, phone calls, etc.
- Certified Trainer Team Construction and Internal Empowering
- Self-Learning and Improve according to manager
- Obey company rules.
- Other tasks from manager.
Other Requirement:
- At least 3 years CCTV, access control, alarm or related experience.
- Has own car to transport
- Bachelor degree of Information technology and other science and engineering subjects.
