The Technical Team Leader will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Worksite Team, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Worksite Team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Monitor operational performance against agreed targets and implement corrective actions where required.
Support the development and execution of operational plans that align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
Manage work allocation, resource planning, and team capacity to ensure operational commitments are met.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to organisational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to support business delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Analyse operational information and provide recommendations to improve performance and support decision-making.
Coordinate the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and operational changes within the team.
Monitor operational risks and implement appropriate controls to ensure sound governance and business continuity.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
Requirements:
A diploma or equivalent qualification required.
2-3 years’ experience in management or leading a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
