Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Worksite Team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance against agreed targets and implement corrective actions where required.
- Support the development and execution of operational plans that align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
- Manage work allocation, resource planning, and team capacity to ensure operational commitments are met.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to support business delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyse operational information and provide recommendations to improve performance and support decision-making.
- Coordinate the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and operational changes within the team.
- Monitor operational risks and implement appropriate controls to ensure sound governance and business continuity.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
Requirements
- A diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- 2-3 years’ experience in management or leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
