Lead the Future of Digital & Integrations – Technical Team Leader

What It Takes to Excel in This Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in software development.
8+ years of proven experience in software development, with a deep understanding of software design principles and data structures.
Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with integration services and secure coding practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of .NET or Java Framework, along with technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure), Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops).
Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or You Track.
Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Knowledge of iPaaS is advantageous.
Your Role in Action:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality digital solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to define project goals and timelines.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize development workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Provide technical guidance on emerging trends and best practices in software engineering.
Ensure regulatory and security compliance within digital solutions.
Work closely with Business Solution Owners to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
Conduct hands-on development when required.
