CSG Roaming Probe Network Administrator

CSG Assure is a market-leading solution for roamer user experience verification, solution used by mobile operators worldwide. A key part of the solution is a network of testing probes, simulating a roaming user in over 170 countries around the world. In each country CSG works with a private person or small company that hosts the CSG equipment.

A team of 5 persons based in CSG Stockholm (Sweden) manages the network of roaming testing probes.

We are looking for a versatile person with good technical and administrative skills and who likes working with people. You will work in the probe network management team responsible for assuring that CSG customers can use the roaming probes for their testing as intended.

The person who fits for this role is a fast learner, organized with the ability to take responsibility for the assigned tasks, interacting with the team in Stockholm as well as the CSG hosting partners all over the world.

What you’ll do:

You will be reporting to the Test Manager

Assist in monitoring the roaming probe network and handling hosting site issues

Help identify new hosting partners

Be part of the 2025 Graduate Program, which runs for 12 months

Be based in either the Centurion or Cape Town office for a minimum of 3 days per week

You should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field

Familiarity with networking concepts or systems administration is a plus

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with precision

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with any additional technical tools being a bonus

A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude

A valid South African ID
