REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 or equivalent
Working experience with Rope Connectors
Experience with in the Mining industry
Rope Attachment product knowledge
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with mining tender processes
Willingness to learn various product classes
Experience interacting with various customers
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Minerals act
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential)
Must be punctual (essential)
DUTIES
Main duties will include, but not limited to the following operations
Service and maintain the customer base, providing technical support
Campaigning for new orders
Achieve agreed sales budgets and objectives
Formulate requests for quotations
Partake in mining tender processes
Oversee installations and provide on-site support
Interact with customers locally and internationally
Travel locally and internationally
Provide technical advice internally and externally
