The Opportunity Building the "OS for AI" is only half the battle; the other half is integrating it into complex enterprise environments. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our software implementations for enterprise clients. You will serve as the critical bridge between our engineering team and our consulting clients, ensuring that what we ship actually drives value in the real world.
If you are obsessed with delivery, comfortable in highly technical AI discussions, and know how to manage client expectations without slowing down engineering velocity, this role is for you.
The 3 Hats You Will Wear
1. The Client Anchor (Consulting & Scope Management)
- Act as the primary day-to-day leader for enterprise clients during the implementation phase.
- Navigate the "deployment reality"—managing data dependencies, security compliance, and evolving scope typical of complex consulting environments.
- Translate ambiguous client business problems into structured, sequenced delivery plans.
2. The Delivery Engine
- Own the project execution. You don't just move tickets; you optimize the heartbeat of development.
- Protect the engineering team's time. You intercept client noise, remove blockers, handle resource logistics, and ensure the team can focus on shipping code.
- Manage the realities of AI delivery: balancing experimentation, model performance trade-offs, and strict delivery timelines.
3. The Technical Translator
- Bridge the gap between our CTO/Engineering team and non-technical enterprise stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risk assessments, and technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy in RAG deployments) clearly to executive client leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ Years of Consulting/Software PM Experience: You have a proven track record of managing complex software development projects specifically within a B2B, client-facing, or technical consulting environment.
- Technical Fluency: You are highly technical and comfortable navigating the SDLC. You understand modern data architectures, APIs, and the AI stack (you know the difference between LLM fine-tuning and RAG).
- High-Velocity Mindset: We are an AI-native company that believes in shipping fast. You prefer iterative delivery and Agile workflows over bloated, traditional project management overhead.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You know how to say "no" to scope creep gracefully and can build deep trust with both enterprise CTOs and our internal engineers.
- Tool Mastery: You are a power user of modern PM tools (specifically Linear) and are comfortable leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate your own administrative workflows.
