We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to support and lead updates and improvements to our internal software systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project coordination and technology, with a strong understanding of tools like Hub Spot, Click Up, and Jotform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software-related projects from planning to execution
Coordinate updates, configurations, and process improvements for internal tools (Hub Spot, Click Up, Jotform, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tech needs and implement solutions
Document project requirements, timelines, and outcomes
Liaise with software vendors or developers when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technology
Strong familiarity with tools such as Hub Spot, Click Up, and Jotform
Solid understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and integrations
Bonus:
Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar)

Full time US working hours:
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm/4pm-12am
