Requirements:
Own vehicle (non-negotiable)
Proven sales track record and technical ability
MS Office Suite utilisation
Experience with in the HVAC industry would be highly beneficial
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Basic Accounts experience
Responsibilities:
Answer email and telephone inquiries.
Respond to Live Chat on their website.
Support of the national sales manager and sales agents.
Update customers on orders and delivery of those orders.
Assistance with documentation of dispatched orders (invoicing, packing lists and waybills).
Update and control e-Commerce platforms including their website and for other retailers.
Market research and assistance of the marketing department.
Salary:
R 20 000 – R 25 000 per month (basic).
