Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technical
project management
, software development, or a similar field.

Proven track record
of leading teams in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent
problem-solving
and
analytical skills

• Outstanding
leadership

communication
, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the team.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud technologies and implementations.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and agile principles.
• Certifications in

• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
