As we continue to expand our global reach, we are seeking skilled and motivated Marketing and Technical Advisors to support our growing customer base and dealer network. Successful candidates may be appointed directly by Equalizer AG, or through one of our trusted dealerships that represent our products in various regions.
Job Description
As a Marketing and Technical Advisor, you will be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction through after sales service. The suitable candidate must have very good technical, communication and agronomic knowledge/skills to be able to deliver above-average marketing and technical after-sales service in collaboration with the dealers. It is the chosen candidate’s duty to ensure that every Equalizer customer has a pleasant experience with the use of his Equalizer implement and with the service of the dealer.
Requirements – Skills & Experience
Proven experience in marketing, technical support, or sales roles within the agricultural machinery industry, with a focus on planting and seeding equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customers and represent the company at events.
Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and driving innovation in the industry.
Proficient in Afrikaans and English.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders regarding the selection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our planting and seeding machinery.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams, dealers, and customers to enhance their understanding of our products and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable insights and contribute to the design, testing, and improvement of new and existing equipment.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to showcase our products and expertise.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to planting and seeding equipment.
