Job Description

Working in DA Application Support contributing to customer support and service levels by providing 2nd line business and technical support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set. Work will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (including investigation & resolution), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation), and system optimizations.

An innovation and inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving data and analysis problems.

Perform investigations end to end (both technical and business).

Perform changes within the Technical Area, i.e., config, SQL queries, groovy scripts, etc.

Perform changes within the Business Strategy Area, i.e., perform changes within the PCx Studio.

Know the steps that must be taken to investigate/correct application problems.

Confident working in a client-facing role. Attend client calls when required to resolve incidents or provide consultancy on client requirements.

Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and problem solve to drive results.

Ability to adapt to changes within the team and organization.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Carry out the extraction, formulation, and manipulation of data to address business requirements.

Ensure quality and accuracy of own work.

Follow team procedures and processes.

Qualifications

IT Degree or equivalent standard.

Good SQL knowledge.

Third-party software understanding.

ITIL.
