The Role
We are looking for a Customer Support & Tech Support Specialist to
join our growing team
! In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot platform issues, and assist customers via chat, email, and video calls.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting Assist customers with technical issues related to platform integrations (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, APIs, third-party tools)
Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and configuration problems
Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when necessary
Customer Support & Onboarding Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and video calls
Guide new users through the onboarding process and explain platform features
Provide product training and best practices to enhance the customer experience
Documentation &
Process Improvement
Maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation
Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure smooth customer interactions
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Skills
3+ year experience in customer support or tech support for SaaS platforms
Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills
Experience with
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, APIs, or third-party integrations (preferred)
Knowledge of Hub Spot, Intercom, or other CRM/support tools (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
in English Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Customer-focused
with strong interpersonal skills
Bonus:
Basic knowledge of scripting, SQL, or automation tools
