Position: Team Leader: Living Savings
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Team Leader:
Living Savings to oversee the daily operational and administrative activities of the digital Living Savings solution. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations related to savings products
- Monitor workflow volumes and allocate work to meet turnaround times
- Manage escalations, exceptions, and query resolution
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (FSRA, FAIS, TCF, AML/KYC)
- Support audits and implement corrective actions
- Identify and escalate risks to management
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Drive first-time resolution and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements
- Compile operational reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Track KPIs such as turnaround times, errors, and complaints
- Provide insights and recommendations to management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational staff
- Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to processes
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
- Manage attendance, leave, and discipline within the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and workflows
- Log and follow up on system-related issues with ICT
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives
- Identify and mitigate operational and fraud risks
- Conduct risk assessments and support control frameworks
- Compile risk reports and recommend improvements
