Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced anddynamicTeam Leader to manage a team of Demand Generation Executives in our B2B call centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams within the technology marketing sector or similar environment, with a focus on generating and qualifying business leads. The role requires someone with excellentleadershipskills, aproven track recordin sales/collections or demand generation, and the ability to drive performance in afast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Demand Generation Executives to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
Monitor team performance by setting goals, providingregular feedbackand conducting performance reviews.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Payroll, Training) to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encouragesteamwork, enthusiasm, andcontinuous improvement.
Celebrate team successes and recognise individual achievements.
Address performance issues promptly and professionally, using performance improvement plans when necessary.
Analyze data and KPIs to continuously improve team effectiveness and identify areas for training or improvement.
Ensure team members maintain a high level ofproduct knowledgeand understand customer pain points to tailorcommunicationeffectively.
Conduct ongoing coaching and training sessions to enhance team skills, focusing oncommunication,product knowledge, andproblem-solving.
Create and implement action plans to improve performance and providecareer developmentopportunities for team members.
Analyse attendance trends to spot patterns of frequent lateness or unexcused absences.
Address any attendance issues as soon as they arise, following company protocols.
Ensure that team members are adhering to company rules and policies, including attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and performance standards.
Address inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with company rules in a timely and consistent manner.
Regularly update HR on attendance issues, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns, especially when these require formal actions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in aleadershiprole within a B2B/Sales or collections environment.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to meet targets and achieve results.
Strongcommunication, interpersonal, andproblem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to work within a shift environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive approach toprocess improvementandteam development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
Strong adherence and compliance management.
