Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme is seeking a Team Leader: HBM Pre-Authorisation Consultant for the Pretoria area.

Duties include but not limited to:
Overseeing the daily operations of the Pre-Authorisation Consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance while ensuring the team consistently meets its objectives.
Prepared to train staff on continual basis.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Enrolled Nursing
Active SANC Membership
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a nursing practitioner with experience in specialised wards
Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in the medical funding industry.
Excellent writing skills in Afrikaans and English
Excellent computer skills
Excellent language skill in English and Afrikaans
Salary: Market related
