Job Description
To create and oversee an enhanced personalised and professional collections process for an array of clients, to ensure a consistent service delivery experience to all clients.
Qualifications
Complete Matric
Diploma Banking
Experience
5 – 7 years Inbound and Outbound contact centre experience – across early, late and legal collections. Leadership experience will be advantageous.
