Job Purpose:
To lead the efficient, effective and accurate Liquidations and Deregistrations of Companies and Close Corporations and resolution of enquiries.

Key performance areas:
To review, make input into and implement approved guidelines, operating policies and procedures and set norms and standards relating to the receipt and processing of company and close corporation liquidations and deregistrations (specifically voluntary deregistrations);
To perform certain tasks and manage operational performance to ensure that service delivery standards are met and exceeded;
To investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to service delivery;
To build and manage a strong team, recognizing performance and ensure adhere to all relevant human resource policies;
To identify and escalate potential fraud and other risks and suggest mitigating interventions;
Participate in projects and initiatives and undertake local and international benchmarking;
To ensure data improvement, data control and data quality within and relating to company and close corporation liquidations and deregistrations.
Background verification, including criminal record and citizenship checks, as well as a competency assessment will form part of the selection process. It is the applicants’ responsibility to have their foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
