Team leader would be responsible for running a team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and Motivating: Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Coaching and Development: Providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.
Building Relationships: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Delegation and Task Assignment: Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team.
Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and taking corrective action when needed.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Developing Sales Plans: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Setting Sales Goals: Establishing clear, measurable, and achievable sales targets for the team.
Analyzing Sales Data: Tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Managing Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Implementing Sales Processes: Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and best practices.
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
