Qualifications & Requirements:

· 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial role
· Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
· Own laptop
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Proficient in project management tools and relevant software
· Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
