Hours: Full-time, flexible within 08:00 – 19:00 SAST, Monday–Friday
Notice Period: 2 months

About the Role

A UK-based property management company is seeking a highly organised, proactive Remote Team Coordinator to join its Block Management department. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in South Africa. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, compliance coordination, and administrative efficiency for residential property portfolios managed in the UK. No prior experience in Block Management is required.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Compliance

Manage team inboxes, prioritising incoming queries
Serve as the first point of contact for email and phone queries from clients and contractors
Track and schedule property compliance tasks (e.g., fire safety checks, risk assessments)
Coordinate contractor access and maintenance follow-ups
Maintain compliance logs and summarise key issues for review

Finance & Administration

Support the processing of invoices
Oversee accurate record-keeping of contractors, key logs, and maintenance calendars
Ensure compliance documents are up to date and organised

Team Support

Prepare materials for virtual meetings, site updates, and AGMs
Coordinate logistics for UK-based team’s physical site access when required
Support smooth daily operations through admin and document management

Requirements

Full-time availability, working from home in South Africa
Stable internet connection and quiet home office setup
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; training provided on internal systems
Ability to align with UK time zone where necessary (some overlap required)

Holiday Allowance
