Job Description
Our client, based in Cape Town, is currently looking for a qualified lawyer with tax experience (1-4 Years).
The candidate will need to:
• Have a general understanding of the South African income tax, capital gains tax, dividends tax and value-added tax rules and principles;
• Have a general understanding of the South African legal rules and principles and, in particular, contract law and company law;
• Be proficient in English writing skills;
Have excellent research abilities;
• Have exceptional analytical abilities;
• Be extremely hard working, able to work under high pressure and managing and prioritising tasks for which you are responsible;
