The key purpose of this role is to drive the execution of the People Cycle processes to ensure the best experience for all Africa Zone employees and stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Expansion & Recruitment Marketing
- Leveraging the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to position AB InBev as an employer of choice, activate and continuously improve employer brand initiatives across Talent Expansion platforms
- Execute talent expansion marketing strategies across social media, job boards, career sites, and digital platforms to attract diverse and high-potential talent.
- Maintain and manage internal and external job postings (where applicable) to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Partner with Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Brand teams to align on tone, visuals, and messaging for talent campaigns.
Graduate/Early Career Sourcing & Talent Expansion Execution
- Source graduate talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, and talent databases.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with hiring criteria and role requirements.
- Present shortlists of qualified graduate talent to Talent Expansion Lead with informed insights on each profile.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates, agencies, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Process & Compliance Excellence
- Ensure end-to-end talent expansion activities are executed in line with company policies, processes, and regional compliance requirements.
- Track, maintain, and report on metrics including (but not limited to) time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline diversity.
- Leverage data insights and market intelligence to motivate for sourcing and process improvement to Talent Expansion Lead.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize talent expansion processes and systems for efficiency, candidate experience, and scalability.
- Support special projects in EVP, talent projects and early career hiring.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Exposure to recruiting across multiple functions or industries is advantageous.
- Passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and storytelling through EVP.
- Proficient in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms).
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 4 Years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, exposure to employer branding, preferably within a fast-paced, multinational or matrixed environment.
- University Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar)
- Intermediate Excel
