Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and initially communicating with tech talents. Your expertise in sourcing and engaging with top tech talents will be essential in building a high-performing team that drives our customers’ success.

This role requires a keen understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, industry trends, headhunting techniques, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with talents and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Tech Talent Sourcing – Using platforms like Linked In, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, etc.

Tech Talent Engagement – Develop personalized outreach strategies to attract passive talents and build a healthy pipeline.

Networking and Relationship Building – Maintain strong relationships with top tech talents, industry professionals, and Copious Account Managers.

Continuous Learning – Stay current with recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies.

Adaptability – Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience with strong IT recruitment background.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques via online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.

Experience with job boards like Naukri, Indeed, Monster.

Expertise in Boolean & X-Ray searches and familiarity with tools like Dux-Soup or Recruit

EM.

Knowledge of ATS and CV formatting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sourcing targets.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream.

Experience recruiting in the African continent or South Africa is a plus.

Preference for female recruiters to promote diversity.
