Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
Recruit passive candidates and assess their fit and motivation.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews and work with HR on salary negotiations.
Participate in initiatives to improve interviewing techniques and hiring practices.
** Ideal Candidate Profile:**
Agency or in-house recruiting background with a data-driven approach.
At least 3 years of experience in degree recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in English.
