Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Identify hiring needs: Work closely with departments to determine staffing requirements.
Developrecruitment strategies: Create effective plans to attract qualified candidates.
Sourcecandidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to find potential hires.
Screenresumes: Review applications and select qualified candidates for interviews.
Conductinterviews: Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinatehiring process: Schedule interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Extend offers: Prepare and negotiate employment offers.
Onboarding: Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
