Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to identify exceptional talent, build strong networks, and make strategic hiring decisions?
Bsure Insurance Advisors is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner – Critical Capability & Retention to join our team!
This is more than just recruitment — you’ll play a key role in ensuring business continuity by attracting and securing high-performing talent for revenue-critical, specialist and senior roles.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Proactively source and engage top talent across short-term insurance & financial services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
• Develop and manage passive talent pipelines for critical and senior positions
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist, senior and revenue-critical roles
• Identify potential retention risks and support strategies to reduce regretted attrition
• Partner with the business to anticipate future talent needs
• Support the broader TA team with high-volume recruitment during peak periods when required
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has solid Talent Acquisition experience
✔️ Understands the financial services / short-term insurance environment
✔️ Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and experienced professionals
✔️ Has strong sourcing and headhunting skills
✔️ Thinks strategically while still being hands-on
✔️ Is passionate about finding the right person for the right role — not simply filling vacancies
