What You’ll Do:

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless talent acquisition operations

Collaborate with hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance recruitment strategies

Maintain accurate and organized records in our ATS and other recruitment systems

Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent

Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

A passion for people and a drive to succeed in talent acquisition

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Adaptability and a proactive attitude – you embrace challenges with enthusiasm!

Strong listening skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently

Impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal

A genuine thirst for knowledge and continuous professional growth
