Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage the talent acquisition function including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and hiring to support the short- and long-term recruitment needs of the business.
Minimum requirements:
3 years’ experience in recruitment
Experience is recruiting candidates from entry level to senior management roles.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (unstructured, structure, competency-based etc.)
Experience in running in person and virtual interviews.
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites e.g. LinkedIn
Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
Build relationships with potential candidates, build a presence at industry events
Understand our brand, culture and employee value proposition and market all roles in relation to that.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Source and recruit candidates by using the appropriate methods.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with potential candidates.
Ensure that all necessary employment checks are undertaken.
Build relationships with the necessary stakeholders.
Manage the recruiter application in the HRIS.
