Systems Administrator
You will be responsible for, amongst other duties:
• Verifying
• Customer service – Schedule deliveries
• Report on postponed orders
• Print labels for picking after confirming and print POD
• Briefing and debriefing (when handing over PODs to drivers check if they all have their drivers licence)
• Working on Mahanttan, Wmos. Dash board reports and write offs
• Monitor inbound (trucks to be received and communicate with the guys)
• Completing and closing of load
• Send Delivery service report
• Reallocating damaged stock and endorsements
• Report on refunded orders
• Report on RMs (customer complain)
• Ensure order fulfilment is achieved
• Daily cycle count
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Post Matric Qualification
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act
