A Specialist in Mineral Processing Solutions, which is based in the North-West province, within Klerksdorp is recruiting for an experienced, skilled and qualified SYSPRO System Manager Experience The successful incumbent must possess at least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Syspro System administration, with specific reference to month and year ends, security and permissions.
Formal qualifications A bachelor’s degree in IT or any other relevant field Syspro certification High proficiency in Microsoft Projects Fluent in English Valid driving license code 08 Own transport Special conditions Relocation to Klerksdorp is essential The successful incumbent must be willing to travel and to work outside of South African borders for prolonged periods of time The successful incumbent should have a valid passport   Responsibilities Collaborate with Syspro during the system design and implementation stages of the new ERP system.
Troubleshoot and adjust the system where the need arises. Ensure system efficiency Perform SQL database administration, including backups, user security, and maintenance. Provide end-user Syspro support and training. Regularly liaise with Syspro administrators. General administration and clerical support. Maintain thorough documentation and recordkeeping. Daily interaction with clients to determine, interpret and implement their needs and requirements and represent them in the field Assign responsibilities to team members Coaching and mentoring the team members Review deliverables and initiate corrective action if need be   Inherent requirements for the position High proficiency in MS Projects Proficiency in project administration Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
, with the ability to convey technical information Foundational knowledge of the Syspro system Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and
