Position: Synchronisation Manager (Supply Planning)

Join Lactalis at our office in Western Cape and take on the
challenging
role as a Supply Chain Synchronisation Manager. In this role you will be responsible for planning one of our 6 key categories. You will need to coordinate with our Demand Planning and Manufacturing teams to ensure stock levels are maintained using an effective stock build strategy. You will be responsible for developing the short to medium-term production plan as well as replenishment of stock to our regional DCs, employing strategies that will reduce instances of out of stocks while keeping waste to a minimum.
You will need to constantly employ a
continuous improvement
mindset and develop strategies, processes and tools to drive business
sustainability
within the Supply Chain Planning environment.
