Masterparts is a large automotive parts wholesaler and retailer that has been in the trade for fifty years. We are opening a Distribution Center in Modderfontein and are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Switchboard Operator.
Responsibilities:
You must be fluent in English.
Being fluent in Afrikaans is beneficial.
You must have exceptional telephone etiquette and a professional and courteous telephone voice.
You must have a customer service approach to your job.
You must be able to manage an extremely busy switchboard effectively.
You must be able to manage conflict situations.
You must be able to perform in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
